Heating Replacement in Green Valley

Stuart was great. My A/C went out over the weekend, I called RSW and he arrived an hour later, on a Sunday.

Service was beyond expectations! Stuart is a wonderful technician who really came thru in a pinch! 5 ⭐️

We replaced both of our 20-year-old HVAC systems. One was starting to fail and neither was very efficient. Russett replaced them with new energy efficient Lennox units and arranged for the applicable TEP rebates. We met with Cody and received a bid we considered good value for money on Monday and Russett was able to schedule the work for that Friday. Work was completed by early afternoon by a highly energetic four-man crew of Aaron, Zion, Emilio, and Anthony. To a person, everyone was very pleasant to deal with and chatted with us along the way. They work steadily start to finish, cleaned up the work area, took away the old units, tested the new units, and explained what they had done and how to use the updated thermostats. Russett also does our routine maintenance and everyone they send out is both professional and friendly. The company culture obviously encourages their technicians to be courteous, patient, helpful, and enjoyable to deal with, as well as technically proficient.
